Hey Folks!!!
I'm Rachel. I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina with my fabulous husband of eight years and our three beautiful children, Abigail, Micah, and Jude. I like to drink yummy coffee, cook new meals, attempt to craft, spend time with my kiddos, and obviously blog. I am a simple girl that loves the Lord and summer evenings, snow days, the colors of fall, my dog Jackson, all the funny things my kids say, the way my husband still loves me.
I can relate to moms, stay at home and working. I taught high school agriculture for seven years but now my days are devoted to my kids. I thank the Lord for the job I once had and the opportunity that I now have. I am so blessed and give God all the glory!!! I want to be a shining light for Him to everyone around me. Hopefully the blog helps!! Grab a cup of coffee, stay awhile and look around, and come back soon!!!

Mom told me about your blog...I'm so happy to hear that God has blessed you with the opportunity to be home with your babies! As your momma used to tell me, "She'd give her eye teeth to stay home," so I'm glad things have worked out so you can! I will definitely be keeping up with you on your Mountain Mommy journey.
